Here are some of the common questions we are asked on a daily basis, please review this page for any questions you might have about the SBG Global affiliate program.

• Do I need a web site to be an affiliate?
Yes, SBG Global does require that you have a website in order to become an online affiliate.

• How do I join?
The SBG Global affiliate program is FREE to join, simply fill out the online application.

• Can I participate in other Affiliate Programs?
Yes, you are allowed to market other affiliate programs but always remember that the more traffic you generate for other sites; the longer it will take for your site to reach its full potential.

• Are all websites accepted?
The SBG Global affiliate department looks at each applied website and evaluates it for content and suitability toward our program. We do not accept websites without their own domain or websites with adult content or any other type of unsuitable content deemed inappropriate by SBG Global.

• How many links can I have?
You may have as many cookie tracking affiliate ID and appropriate text links to SBG Global as you desire.

• Where do I get banners and content?
When your application is approved, you will receive information on how to log into the affiliate back office to retrieve banners, text links and promotional material.

• Where should I place links and banners?
Place links and banners on your home page or any other high traffic pages of your website.

• May I change the SBG Global banner or content?
As a SBG Global affiliate; you may not change, alter or create your own banners or graphics without obtaining permission from SBG Global.

• How do you know that a player came from my website?
When a visitor to your website clicks a banner or text link to SBG Global that contains your unique tracking ID, a cookie is set in their computer. This cookie tells us how the player came to SBG Global via the internet and you are credited with the referral. For text links that our directed to the SBG Global home page for search engine purposes; SBG Global uses various domain statistic programs for this data.

• How do I change my account information?
You will be able to change your affiliate account information through the affiliate back office or simply email us at affiliates@sbgglobal.com with any changes you might need to make.

• Is there a minimum I need to receive a payment?
The minimum balance to receive a payment is $1,000. Anything under that amount will be held in the account until there is at least $1,000 in your affiliate account.

• What are the payout payment methods?
NETELLER and Bank Wire Transfer

• How can I see my statistics and earnings?
You may view click throughs, impressions and new player sign ups by logging into the affiliate back office. Top level affiliates will have access to; detailed deposit, EOW and other reports.
